1.33 SG RCN Balls TM
Rubber Coated Nylon
Optimize Fluid Diversion and Enhance Stimulations
Rubber Coated Nylon Balls have been in the oilfield for over 70 years and are used
for sealing perforations that are accepting the most fluid.
Applications
• Plug open perforations for cleaning scale and paraffin
• Improve stimulation by diverting fluid to lower-permeability zones
• Refracture new and old reservoir zones
Features
• Chemical resistant – able to withstand exposure to chemicals such as bases, solvents, and acids.
• Temperatures up to 350 F [177 C]
• Differential pressure tested with fluid up to 10,000 psi [69 Mpa]
Benefits
• Balls will not stick in gun launcher
• Perforation can be sealed until pressure is reversed.
• Non-Buoyant balls will fall below the perforations after pressure in the wellbore drops.
